A ray of sunshine when everything looks negative ‘It’ll be OK’ is easy to say – and doesn’t help a lot. If you need comforting, you are either seething with anger, depressed or perhaps disappointed. In this book tender loving care is combined with original ways of letting off steam to give you a boost and cheer you up. Giving this to someone shows that you take deep feelings seriously but that they aren’t the end of the world. A big box of chocolates or a punchbag for consolation? Preferably this book; it has got both and something to laugh about as well.
